    Lead/ Engineer, Quality Assurance – MRO

    This role is to assist with the compliance monitoring of all the NAAs regulatory requirements applicable to the Company through internal and external audits in accordance with the company’s audit plan. This role will also assist the manager to coordinate with all staff to ensure compliance with the relevant airworthiness requirements and ensure all records and procedures are complied with manuals and regulations.

    Job Description:

    • Carry out auditing function for managed fleet or 3rd party’s aircraft and facilities to ensure compliance with the manuals, agreements and airworthiness authority’s standards and requirements.
    • Reporting on all significant airworthiness and certification matters to manager in professional manner.
    • Analyse the findings and results from audits, make recommendations and monitor remedial actions for any reported deviation or discrepancy.
    • Raise accurate and concise technical reports at the conclusion of any investigation, or audit.
    • Monitor and report any trends or events that may affect the smooth running of the section or compromising the company’s compliance with the responsible National Airworthiness Authority’s (NAA) rules and regulations.
    • Carry out investigations into significant defects and/or incidents/accidents related to quality and standards of all managed fleet.
    • Assist in the investigation of major defects, aircraft incident/accidents or other technical investigations set up by the company.
    • Assist with the drafting, review and control of the Company technical documents.

    Job Requirements:

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in Aircraft Engineering and Quality Assurance. Candidate with business aviation experience is highly preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer, QA.
    • Bachelor degree or above in Engineering.
    • Holder of HKCAD and /or EASA or FAA Maintenance License.
    • Completed Lead Auditor training.
    • Solid knowledge of HKCAD regulatory requirements and the FAA part 145 requirements.
    • Liaison experience with the HKCAD, FAA, EASA and/or other aviation industry agents.
    • Background exposure with both domestic and international vendors.

    Senior Engineer

    The role is to ensure that all maintenance activities performed on aircraft and/or components, within company’s regulatory approved capability.

    Job Description:

    • Ensure all scheduled maintenance is carried out on time by maintenance contractors according with the program, standards pre-defined and mandatory maintenance directives and requirements;
    • Update aircraft status on a daily basis with Maintenance Management and relevant Operations personnel to ensure that all scheduled maintenance is carried out efficiently with minimum down time;
    • Develop efficient relations with contracted maintenance organizations and aircraft manufactures;
    • Ensure that pre-flight inspections are carried out in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements to guarantee a high level of safety in all flights;
    • Oversee all daily maintenance activities to ensure that all maintenance actions are performed in maintenance services centres approved by the Company, efficiently and in a timely manner with a minimum downtime;
    • Coordinate all unscheduled maintenance actions, providing recommendations to the maintenance personnel, in order to utilize allocated downtime in a safe and efficient manner;
    • Ensure that crew members are provided with all the required support concerning maintenance related issues, to guarantee the safety and reliability of the aircraft;

    Job Requirements:

    • Holder of HKCAD B1 & B2 maintenance license and/ or FAA A&P maintenance license
    • Diploma or above in Engineering or relevant disciplines
    • 7 years’ of experience in aircraft maintenance with min. 3 type ratings in Bombardier and/ or Gulfstream aircraft
    • Working knowledge of inspection procedures, methods, equipment and accepted industry standards

    Director / Manager, Aircraft Management and Charter Sales, China

    This role has the overall accountability for generating new aircraft management sales in China. This role is a client facing role and responsible for driving sales and business development efforts to sustain revenue growth and increase profitability by focusing on new aircraft management accounts, existing client retention and the expansion of auxiliary services. This role will be the initial focal point of contact between Metrojet and the clients and responsible for generating future business growth opportunities with the aim of developing and managing exceptional client relationships.

    Job Description:

    • Actively drive sales and business development efforts to acquire aircraft management sales opportunities in China through to contractual closure.
    • Upon contract execution, work with client servicing and operations teams to provide new aircraft management accounts for induction services and experience in accordance with Metrojet standards.
    • Work closely with aircraft management and maintenance sales team, commercial manager, finance and marketing staff in generating and closing aircraft management agreements.
    • Work closely with clients and assist client serving staff and lead captains as required in issue resolution of the aircraft account.
    • Organise and participate in networking activities (trade shows, conferences, air shows etc.) to actively promote the Company for business development opportunities and keep abreast of the latest trends in the market.
